==History==
===A New Fleetmaster===
During the time of the [[Covenant]], the Fleet of Recalcitrant Ire was given to then-[[Shipmaster]] Arkad 'Kulul as a reward for exposing and eliminating a faction of heretics who targeted [[Yonhet]] couriers bound for [[High Charity]] with recovered relics. While under 'Kulul's command, the fleet was stationed in Covenant frontier space, acting as administrative oversight for the species of the [[Covenant fringe]]. As a result, the fleet saw little action against [[human]]ity during the [[Human-Covenant War|War of Annihilation]].{{Ref/Reuse|CFFire}}

===Post-war===
At some point in [[2553]], the Fleet had come to own a base on the swamp-[[moon]] of [[Kostroda]]. Forces of the [[Banished]] [[Raid of Kostroda|struck]] the outpost while portions of the Fleet were in orbit. The Banished including [[Atriox]] were captured and taken to the ''[[Enduring Conviction]]''. Following 'Volir’s defection, Fleetmaster 'Kulul pledged his fleet to [[Thel 'Vadam]] and the [[Swords of Sanghelios]]. Prior to the [[Created uprising]], the fleet was given charge to protect valuable resource worlds, along with aiding the transportation of [[Ussan]] refugees to [[Sanghelios]].{{Ref/Reuse|CFFire}}

==Composition==
The Fleet was composed of at least two {{Pattern|Syfon|assault carrier}}s, with one serving as Arkad Nar 'Kulu's flagship, and the other being the ''[[Enduring Conviction]]''. The bulk of the fleet however, was made of of at least four {{Pattern|Sinaris|heavy destroyer}}s, at least twelve {{Pattern|Ket|battlecruiser}}s, Seven unknown types of [[Warship]]s, as well as a complement of [[Seraph]]s and {{Pattern|Elsedda|Banshee}}s.{{Ref/Reuse|HRoA4}}
