*It is not possible for Kilo Company to be a part of "E2-BAG/1/7 along with Alfa Company. Each Battalion has up to 4 Co in the Halo Universe. See Battalion page. A regiment has up to 3 Battalions with Companies spanning from A - M, excluding J. Which means that Kilo is part of 3rd Battalion, not 1st. This confirms that A Co is actually part of E2-BAG/1/7 while K Co belongs to E2-BAG/3/7. This may confirm that the majority, if not the entire regiment survived the fall of Eridanus II.
