The Ventilation area from Countdown was removed; instead, its bottom floor entrance was replaced by a one-way teleporter that moves players from Stargate to an elevated platform overlooking Outside. The central wall separating Outside and Overlook now has an opening, effectively creating a third entrance between the two areas. The West Outside and East Outside areas (the Big Door area in Countdown) are separated by a gap (the Cave), forcing players to jump across to reach the opposing base's entrance; otherwise, they need to detour through the open area Yard on the bottom floor. Two additional columns allow players to jump up from the bottom floor to the bridge connecting the two rooms housing the gravity lift exits. The West and East Nest areas on the third floor are now connected to the main bases, thereby removing the easily-defendable corners on the third floor. The stairs leading up from the bottom floor basement to either bases now lead to the diagonal hallways rather than the back of the bases. | ||
