Overview
Cairo Suite is a suite of songs included in the Halo 2: Original Soundtrack. It includes Cold Blue Light, Waking Spartan, Jeweled Hull, and Chill Exposure. Parts of it are played during the level "Cairo Station" and "The Armory."
Cold Blue Light
Cold Blue Light (1:54) is an arrangement of the fourth section from Opening Suite of the Halo: Original Soundtrack. The piece briefly plays near the end of the cinematic during the level The Heretic and again near the end of the opening cinematic during the level Gravemind. It also plays briefly in the opening in the Epilogue/credits of Halo: Reach. A short reprise plays in Penance (from the later track Delta Halo Suite). The piece was arranged into Only a Star, Only the Sea in Halo 2: Anniversary Original Soundtrack and into Cairo Suite 1 in Halo Legends: Original Soundtrack.

Waking Spartan
The song starts with military-style snare drums, and quickly turns into The Last Spartan, a track from the first Halo 2 disc. Around 2:00, the tracks takes on a mystic, reverent tune, with echoing digital noises sounding in every few seconds. This lasts for a minute or so before changing to digital chimes, and from there onto more digital noises and fragments of soft choirs. This goes on until the song concludes with a gong.
Waking Spartan (3:36) features military-style snare drums, and incorporates string variations from The Last Spartan. It plays during the opening cinematic of the level Cairo Station.

Jeweled Hull
Stub

Chill Exposure
