Anvil-IV missiles are mounted on the top of an AC-220 Vulture gunship. They are fired from A-74 Sylver Vertical Missile Launchers, and are capable of being fired in a 360-degree radius around the craft. They can be fired in a unified barrage against enemy targets alongside the Vulture's Argent V missiles.
The Anvil-IV Air-to-Surface Missiles are an explosive ordnance mounted on AC-220 Vulture Gunships. These missiles are fired by an A-74 Sylver Vertical Missile Launcher to make them fall upon enemy ground targets. They are most likely related to the Pelican's ANVIL-II Air-to-Surface Missiles.

It is unknown what relation they have with the Anvil-II air-to-surface missile mounted on the D77-TC Pelican dropship.
Trivia
*These missiles are mounted on the Vulture once the "Mega Barrage" upgrade has been researched.
Gameplay
In Halo Wars, the Anvil-IV is granted to the Vulture gunship upon researching the Mega Barrage upgrade. Once completed, the Vulture can use the Anvil-IVs to bombard a target from afar as the vehicle's Y-ability. This weapon was replaced in Halo Wars 2 with the Phoenix missile, though the A-74 launchers are still present on the in-game model.
