This two posts paired together stated meant that Mendicant Bias planned to leave the vessel that was Adjutant Reflex, and showed the new matrix that it was going to start using "ghost.713" on Local node "X.XX.713".
Adjutant Reflex is theorized by Halo fans to be a '''[[Monitor]]'''. These theories were based from a video on [[Episode 1|SERVER #1]] where the only coherent image shown appears to be a [[Monitor]], and also due to a comprehensive research gathered, known as [http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=10500508 Rainbow Theory 4.0]. Reflex is almost certainly an inorganic, as it refers to itself as a machine.
