(While Stephen Loftus has been a great help to the Halo community with his work and in making silhouettes, it has to be said that he is still a fan of the franchise and not an official voice when it comes to the canon/lore. The Halo: The Fall of Reach novel has been revised and re-released thrice, with none of them changing the fact that the Covenant ship was stated to be only a third of the size of the UNSC Commonwealth. Unless it is stated to be a CRS by 343, it should not be considered one.) |

During the Spartans' exploration of the ship, no personnel of other species - Sangheili, for instance - were called in to halt the alien attack. This indicates the ship may have been an artifact-retrieval vessel sent out by the Ministry of Tranquility to search for holy relics. Despite its small size, the ship was capable of enduring significant amounts of punishment from the UNSC Commonwealth and nearly bested the human ship in combat. | ||
