The Enforcers are fast-moving, battle-hardened Sangheili which can be deployed by [[Ripa 'Moramee]]. They excel in hit—and—run attacks where they can rush in to attack with their plasma weapons and then disengage to allow their energy shields to regenerate. Enforcers are typically armed with [[Type-25 Brute plasma rifle]]s and {{Pattern|Tufasumo|plasma caster}}s. Although Enforcers are usually armed with pulse carbines, they may also carry other weapons, such as Ravagers and [[MLRS-2 Hydra]]s.
