The 7th Battalion served during the [[Fall of Reach]] in summer 2552. The majority of First Platoon died upon or shortly after making Landfall, however GySgt [[Marcus Stacker]], SSGT [[Banks]] and PFC [[Chips Dubbo]] were able to assist John-117 as the Spartan moved toward the Prophet's location. The ODSTs were evacuated by Sergeant Major [[Avery Johnson]] via Pelican and diverted to Delta Halo's [[Library]] for another mission.
