ZACHARIAS-class Mjolnir, or Mk. IV/Z, is a MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor helmet variant, designed for the MJOLNIR Mark IV platform.[1]

Overview

Design details

The Zacharias helmet is compatible with Misriah Armory's RS/DOGTOOTH attachment, which consists of a compact electronic warfare suite used to detect, monitor, and precisely locate battle network nodes in real time.[2]

Development history

The Zacharias helmet was developed by the Office of Naval Intelligence's Materials Group for use with the MJOLNIR Mark IV platform.[1]

Usage

Field tested by the first Spartan-III Headhunter deep strike teams, the Zacharias helmet would help prove the validity of the Headhunters' deployment method which would prove highly effective during the Human-Covenant War.[1] The RS/DOGTOOTH compatible with the Zacharias helmet was utilized to great effect against Insurrectionist forces, though proved useless against the Covenant.[2]
