Screecleaver is a title or rank within the Banished. Notable members included the two Sangheili Jato 'Ratum and Vimo 'Arach,[2] as well as the Jiralhanae Bannix.[1] Screecleavers are likely high-ranking members within the Banished, as 'Arach and Bannix were in charge of Ransom Keep and the Armory of Reckoning respectively, reflecting a high level of authority within the hierarchy.[1]
